Topic: Coaching Mechanics Of Youth Hitters

This seminar will cover everything you need to know on the basics of hitting mechanics. We will split the time in half with the first half being presentation style going over proper mechanics, common flaws, and how to correct them. The second half will be hands on in the cage working on how to help hitters fix these common flaws.
